Wow! What a wonderful cause! I will be walking in the Los Angeles event which is from Santa Barbara to Malibu with 3000 other men & women, I'm walker #3225.

I am honored to participate in this event for the first time in the memory of five women they will be my inspiration during my training & fundraising: Vicki, Billie, B Arlene, Christine, & Sharon Hidalgo all who have lost their lives too soon. I've never done anything quite like this in my life, so please bear with me while I stumble through to be a successful fundraiser,walker, and website builder. I hope to honor these women well.

I'll be walking 60 miles in just 3 days & living in a Mobile City during the event. The first day I will be paired up with a stranger to be tent mates since I am going by myself. But, I'm sure I will leave this event with a lot of new friends & an experience that will change my life.
